1. Aceptación

Al usar Ciudadanía ("la app") aceptás estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.

2. Qué es la app

Ciudadanía es una herramienta de estudio y práctica para el examen de naturalización de EE. UU. Es un material de preparación independiente: no está afiliada a USCIS ni a ninguna agencia del gobierno, y no garantiza que apruebes el examen ni ningún resultado migratorio. No brindamos asesoría legal.

3. Tu cuenta

Sos responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu cuenta y de la actividad que ocurra en ella. Debés brindar información veraz al registrarte.

4. Suscripciones y pagos

• La app ofrece una prueba gratuita y, luego, funciones premium por suscripción (mensual o de 6 meses) gestionada a través de Google Play.
• La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 h antes del fin del período.
• Podés cancelar cuando quieras desde la configuración de tu cuenta de Google Play.
• Los reembolsos se rigen por las políticas de Google Play.
• El libro de estudio con las preguntas oficiales es de acceso gratuito.

5. Uso aceptable

No podés copiar, revender, descompilar ni usar la app de forma ilegal o que perjudique el servicio o a otros usuarios.

6. Propiedad intelectual

El contenido cívico oficial proviene de fuentes públicas de USCIS. El diseño, el código y los materiales originales de la app son nuestros y están protegidos por la ley.

7. Limitación de responsabilidad

La app se ofrece "tal cual". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables por daños indirectos ni por decisiones tomadas en base al contenido de la app.

By using Ciudadanía ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app is

Ciudadanía is a study and practice tool for the U.S. naturalization test. It is independent preparation material: it is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency, and it does not guarantee that you will pass the test or any immigration outcome. We do not provide legal advice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for the activity under it. You must provide accurate information when you register.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• The app offers a free trial and then premium features via subscription (monthly or 6-month) managed through Google Play.
• The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 h before the end of the period.
• You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are governed by Google Play's policies.
• The study book with the official questions is free to access.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, decompile, or use the app unlawfully or in any way that harms the service or other users.

6. Intellectual property

The official civics content comes from public USCIS sources. The app's design, code, and original materials are ours and protected by law.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the app's content.
